For funeral deliveries, please give a minimum of 48hours notice as these arrangements take longer to
prepare.

-Name of deceased
-Delivery address
-Name of funeral director if known
-Time of delivery
-Message for the sympathy card
When placing an order to be delivered to hospitals, please check that the details are correct department /
ward number name of recipient.
Please check that the hospital will accept deliveries of flowers.
